We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead major Road & Bridge construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the complete execution of road and bridge construction projects from commencement to completion.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and cash flow.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, contract requirements, quality standards, and HSE regulations.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and government authorities.
• Manage construction activities, including earthworks, pavement works, bridge structures, drainage systems, and associated infrastructure.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to achieve project milestones.
• Review engineering drawings, method statements, work programs, and technical submissions.
• Lead project teams and ensure effective workforce planning and productivity.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures.
• Prepare progress reports and present project updates to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's degree will be an advantage).
• Professional Engineering registration/certification will be considered an added advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 15 years of professional experience in civil infrastructure construction.
• Proven experience managing projects from planning through commissioning.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager on large-scale Road & Bridge projects funded by JICA, ADB, or other international infrastructure funding projects.

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of road, bridge, highway, and flyover construction.
• Sound understanding of FIDIC Conditions of Contract and contract administration.
• Experience in project planning and scheduling using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
• Strong understanding of project cost control, budgeting, procurement, and claims management.
• Knowledge of QA/QC systems, HSE standards, and risk management.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and construction methodologies.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
