Job Title: Project Manager EXIM SaaS Implementation

Location: Mumbai/Delhi/Bangalore and willing to travel to other locations on need basis

Experience: 8-12 yrs with minimum of 3 end to end successful projects implementations.

Mandatory Skills

• Proven experience in end-to-end SaaS project implementation, preferably EXIM platforms
• Strong EXIM domain knowledge – export/import processes, compliance, customs, licenses, incentives
• Hands-on experience managing ERP integrations (SAP / Oracle / Microsoft Dynamics or equivalent)
• Strong understanding of API-based integrations, data flows, integration testing, and cutover planning
• Experience integrating with government & public systems (DGFT, ICEGATE, ULIP, banks, shipping lines, ports)
• Ability to map customer requirements to standard product configurations and minimize customization
• Strong scope control, risk management, and change management skills
• Excellent customer & stakeholder management skills (business, IT, compliance teams)
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within scope and budget
• Agile / Sprint methodology experience – mandatory
