JOB TITLE- Project Manager - Lead Operational Technology

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of OT projects (Biometric, RFID, IoT, Telematics systems)
• Coordinate with logistics, automotive and maintenance teams for implementation
• Ensure minimal disruption to operations and adherence to HSE standards
• Oversee IT/OT integration and secure connectivity between environments
• Ensure cybersecurity standards
• Manage vendors, OEMs and system integrators
• Track risks related to safety-critical systems and mitigate proactively

Preferred candidate profile

EXPERIENCE

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• 10-12 years of project management experience, with exposure to Operations in Manufacturing / Oil & Gas
• Knowledge of technologies in Telematics, RFID, iOT and Biometric
• Experience working in high-availability, safety-critical environments

• 5-8 years of project management experience. with exposure to Operations in Manufacturing and Oil & Gas

CERTIFICATIONS

• PMP / PRINCE2
• Cybersecurity training
