Project Manager Kaushal Vikas Government Projects

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of Kaushal Vikas / Government-funded projects
• Coordinate with trainers, training centers, and stakeholders
• Handle MIS reporting, project documentation, billing, and invoicing
• Ensure compliance with government norms, policies, and quality standards
• Support tender preparation and project documentation
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and milestones
• Resolve operational issues and ensure smooth day-to-day project functioning
• Prepare periodic reports and present project updates to management
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely submission of required documents
• Coordinate with internal teams for effective project execution

Preferred candidate profile

• 25 years of experience in Kaushal Vikas / Government / Skill Development projects
• Experience in PMKVY, RSLDC, NSDC, CSR, or NGO projects
• Knowledge of MIS, billing, documentation, and compliance
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Immediate or early joiners preferred
