Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Civil to manage large-scale Government Building Projects.
Key Requirements:
- 15–20 years of experience in Civil Construction & Project Management.
- Mandatory experience in Government Building Projects.
- Candidates with experience in Government Hospital, Hostel, Institutional Building, Medical College, or similar projects will be preferred.
- Strong expertise in project planning, execution, billing, BOQ, quality, cost control, and contractor management.
- Knowledge of CPWD/PWD specifications and government project procedures.
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Should be capable of independently managing projects from execution to completion & handover.
