Project Manager

Job Description: Project Execution (Luxury & Hospitality Projects)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end execution of luxury residential, hospitality, hotel, and mixed-use projects from mobilization to handover.
• Plan and monitor construction activities to ensure timely delivery in line with project schedules and quality standards.
• Coordinate with Architects, Structural, MEP, Interior, Landscape, and Design teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Manage contractors, consultants, and vendors to achieve project milestones while maintaining cost and quality objectives.
• Review construction drawings, resolve site issues, and ensure compliance with approved designs and specifications.
• Monitor project budgets, material planning, procurement, billing, and resource utilization.
• Ensure adherence to QA/QC processes, safety standards, statutory regulations, and project specifications.
• Drive project planning, progress monitoring, risk mitigation, and timely reporting to senior management.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, snag closure, and final project handover.
• Ensure superior finishing standards and premium quality execution expected in luxury and hospitality developments.

Skills Required:

• Strong expertise in project execution and construction management of luxury hotels, resorts, and premium residential/commercial projects.
• Excellent knowledge of civil, structural, architectural, interior fit-out, and MEP coordination.
• Experience in budgeting, cost control, planning, contracts, procurement, and vendor management.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6/MS Project, AutoCAD, MS Office, and project reporting tools.

Qualifications & Experience:

• BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Master's degree preferred).
• 10-20 years of experience in project execution of luxury hospitality, hotel, high-end residential, or commercial developments.
• Proven track record of delivering premium projects from inception to completion within budget, quality, and schedule.
• Experience with reputed developers, EPC contractors, or hospitality brands such as luxury hotels/resorts will be preferred.
