Project Manager

Location: Jaipur (Work from Office) Khasa Khoti
Contract Duration: 12 Months
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Preferred
Experience: 4-10 Years
Working Pattern: WFO (1st, 3rd & 5th Saturdays Working)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with BFSI domain expertise to lead and deliver large transformation initiatives across Retail Banking, Operations, Risk, and Compliance functions. The role requires strong project management skills, stakeholder management, governance, and experience working with cross-functional business and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of transformation projects within BFSI.
• Prepare and manage project plans, schedules, project charters, governance frameworks, and communication plans.
• Manage RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies).
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, IT teams, operations, risk, compliance, vendors, and external partners.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance, and internal audit requirements.
• Drive project governance, status reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Monitor project budgets, forecasts, procurement, and resource allocation.
• Conduct impact assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate decision-making and resolve project roadblocks.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4-10 years of Project Management experience.
• Strong exposure to Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI).
• Experience managing large-scale transformation and strategic initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of project governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience working with multiple business and technology teams.

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• PMP and/or PRINCE2 certification preferred.

Preferred Candidate

• Experience in Banking, NBFC, Financial Services, Consulting, or Insurance domains.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project delivery capabilities.
• Immediate to 30-day joiners preferred.
