Job description

Execution of new projects.
Start constructions at site.
First class B.E (civil) graduate with any other additional civil engineering qualification.
Possess 15+ years experience in construction industry.
Design processes/methods and ability to contribute to the design of the project.
Technical skills in materials/methods for all engineering, architectural, and construction areas.
Sound construction management, time management, project management skills.
Review project works, quantities, costs, accuracy of specification, completeness.
Vendor management skills.
Preparation of Construction Schedule and delegation of works.
Good communication and coordination skills
Computer knowledge and Project management ability
