Project Manager

Role & responsibilities

Role Summary As a Technical Project Manager, you will lead software delivery projects from planning through deployment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including software engineering, product management, QA, and external client stakeholders.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 7+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or Project Manager in software development / SaaS.
  
• Strong hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile lifecycle tools.
  
• Experience managing cross-functional teams across different time zones.
  
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end software delivery and client stakeholder communications.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex software projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  
• Define project scope, deliverables, schedules, sprint plans, and resource allocations.
  
• Manage project risks, issues, and escalations using structured risk governance frameworks.
  
• Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint retrospectives.
  
• Act as the primary point of contact for technical coordination between client teams and internal developers.
  
• Track project milestones, status dashboards, and metrics to ensure on-time delivery within budget.

Preferred candidate profile

• PMP, CSM (Certified ScrumMaster), or equivalent Project Management certification.
  
• Background in software engineering or technical solution architecture.
