Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver Generative AI initiatives within the Banking & Financial Services domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, stakeholder engagement, and digital transformation, with experience managing AI-driven projects from initiation through successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Generative AI projects in the banking domain.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resources.
• Collaborate with business, technology, data, and AI teams to define and deliver innovative solutions.
• Drive Agile project execution, sprint planning, and stakeholder communication.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, governance, and security standards.
• Track project progress, resolve issues, and provide regular status updates to senior leadership.
• Support AI adoption, change management, and process optimization across business functions.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Project/Program Management.
• Experience in Banking & Financial Services.
• Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, AI implementation, or AI transformation projects.
• Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project governance.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or similar project management tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or Agile certification.
• Experience managing Digital Transformation or AI-enabled programs.
• Understanding of banking processes, risk, compliance, KYC, and AML.
