Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in accordance with quality standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring effective communication and a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, internal teams, and external partners.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, priorities, and deliverables while ensuring timely completion of all project activities.
• Review project requirements, artwork specifications, and technical information to ensure accuracy before production.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement appropriate corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, status updates, and tracking records throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure project information is complete and accurately communicated to production teams for execution.
• Mentor and provide guidance to Project Managers and Project Coordinators, promoting knowledge sharing and team development.
• Work closely with leadership to improve operational efficiency, service delivery, and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare project reports, performance updates, and status summaries for internal stakeholders..
