Project Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of road and highway construction projects.
• Plan project schedules and ensure timely completion within budget.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and government authorities.
• Manage site engineers, subcontractors, manpower, and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with MoRTH specifications, IRC standards, and project quality requirements.
• Monitor project progress, productivity, and resource utilization.
• Review BOQs, billing, measurements, and project documentation.
• Resolve technical and operational issues at project sites.
• Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and statutory regulations.
• Prepare project MIS, DPRs, and progress reports for management.
• Oversee procurement planning and material management.
• Drive successful project completion while maintaining client satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech).
• 815 years of experience in road/highway construction projects.
• Hands-on experience in PMGSY, NHAI, PWD, or EPC projects.
• Strong knowledge of MoRTH Specifications, IRC Codes, BOQ, billing, and project planning.
• Proficient in MS Project/Primavera, AutoCAD, and MS Excel.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.
• Willingness to travel and manage multiple project sites, if required.
