Project Manager | InConstruct - Project Management Consultancy in Bengaluru

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities from initiation to completion.
• Ensure site execution is aligned with approved drawings, specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal project teams.
• Track project progress, prepare reports, and highlight delays or risks to the management team.
• Review site documentation, measurements, quality checks, and work progress updates.
• Support cost control, resource planning, and project delivery requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related construction field.
• Experience in project management, site coordination, or PMC works will be preferred.
• Good understanding of construction drawings, site execution, quality control, and project documentation.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage project priorities effectively.
• Willingness to work from project sites across Bangalore when required.
