Role Overview

We are looking for a high-caliber Senior Project Manager who combines structured Agile leadership, commercial fixed-cost mastery, and AI-driven efficiency. In this role, you will own end-to-end delivery, project profitability, and client negotiation while serving as an Agile champion. You are expected to leverage modern AI tools to streamline administrative tasks and multiply both your own and your team's delivery velocity by 10x.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery, Profitability & Scope Governance

• End-to-End Ownership: Drive complete project life cycles from scope breakdown and Gantt chart creation to execution and final launch.
• Commercial Guarding: Specializes in fixed-cost project managementtracking project budgets, protecting project scope from creep, optimizing bench utilization, and directly owning project profitability.
• Pragmatic Governance: Maintain lean, scalable project documentationfocusing on speed, clarity, and business outcomes over heavy bureaucracy.

Agile Leadership & Team Empowerment

• Scrum Facilitation: Facilitate core Scrum/Kanban ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) for multi-disciplinary teams (UX/UI + Full-Stack Engineering).
• Process Coaching: Upsell and coach Agile practices to internal engineering teams, leadership, and external client stakeholders.
• Team Wellness & Velocity: Balance aggressive delivery timelines with team wellness to prevent burnout while ensuring key milestones do not slip.

Client Partnership & Negotiation

• North American Client Management: Act as the primary delivery bridge for North American startups and enterprise clients.
• Outcome-Focused Communication: Translate high-level business goals into actionable technical deliverables, adjusting your communication style seamlessly between developers, clients, and executive management.
• Scope Negotiation: Serve as a top-class negotiator to manage change requests, reset expectations, and protect business outcomes.

10x AI Innovation & Technology Oversight

• AI Workflow Integration: Leverage AI tools to automate mundane PM tasks (reporting, meeting summaries, task generation) and train teams on AI-assisted workflows to drive 10x delivery speed.
• Cross-Functional Tech Oversight: Guide and track teams across diverse technology environments, including UX/UI Design, Web (React, Node, Angular, Django), Mobile (iOS, Android, Flutter), and AI solutions.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Experience: 8–10 total years in IT, with at least 3–6 years in a Project Manager or dedicated Scrum Master role within a mid-sized product/services firm (50–500 employees).
• Dedicated Scrum Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience as a dedicated Scrum Master.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or B.Tech.
• Mandatory Certification: Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/II). (Note: CSM certifications are not accepted for this role.)
• Client Exposure: Proven track record of directly managing North American clients and negotiating project scope/agreements.
• Domain Focus: Delivery exposure across AI Applications, Mobile Apps, Web Solutions, Fintech, or Healthcare.
• Tools: Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, ClickUp, FigJam, and Gantt mapping tools.
• Language: Superior written and spoken English communication skills.

Nice-to-Have

• Certifications: PSPO (Professional Scrum Product Owner) or PSM with AI Essentials.
• Hands-on experience implementing AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot workflows, automated PM agents) to increase delivery velocity.
• Background as a BA-cum-Scrum Master or Product Manager transitioning into Delivery Leadership.
