Goals

To Follow up with the entire project on end to end basis till the customer satisfaction

Responsibilities

• Interacting with Design departments for erection drawings.
• Approving shop floor drawings
• Coordinating with clients, consultants and other contractors services
• Manpower assessment and the training the subordinates.
• Checking Material schedule for material procurement
• Execution of Structural works at Site
• Ensuring the works are carried out as per the project requirement, Specifications and contracts.
• Inspecting structural and finishing works & conducting meeting with Site
• To ensure Safety at works
• Quality controlling and quality assurance, monitoring & the cost control
• Controlling quality, progress, cost and Safety of works.
• Pushing contractors, subcontractors and consultants for timely completion of works.
• Prepare project MIS reports weekly/ monthly basis & present PPT to the BOD
