DESCRIPTION:
Join our collaborative team at Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Project Manager I, where youll lead initiatives that help make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. In this role, youll manage cross-functional projects while ensuring excellent customer service and operational efficiency. Youll coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within scope, from clinical trials and pharmaceutical services to technical documentation and quality management. This position offers an opportunity to develop your project management skills while contributing to meaningful scientific advances and healthcare solutions.
Role Responsibilities:
  • PDM Management of data cards and create reports
  • Review ECN in PLM tool - review and route changes based on SOP guidelines
  • Conduct stakeholder meetings and drive ECR through SOP guidelines
  • Must be able to collaborate with stakeholders across geographies independently
  • Project management skills will be an added advantage
  • Skill to develop Solidworks CAD model drawing preferred
  • Must be able to read engineering change requests and develop understanding and analyse the change
  • Participate in organizational change processes (ECO/ECR/ECN)
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors Degree required, no prior experience required in project management or coordination
Preferred Fields of Study: Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
Additional certifications in Project Management are valued but not required
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong documentation and process management capabilities
Experience with quality systems and GMP compliance preferred
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in English required
Experience with project management software and tools
Ability to identify and mitigate risks while maintaining project timelines
Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Understanding of relevant industry regulations and standards
Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or scientific industries preferred
