Role Summary

We are looking for an IT Project Manager with experience in data governance to manage technology and data-related projects. The candidate should be able to coordinate with business, IT, data, and compliance teams to deliver projects on time and support data governance activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT and data governance projects from planning to delivery.
• Work with business and technical teams to define scope, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Track project progress, risks, issues, and action items.
• Support data governance activities such as data quality, data ownership, data stewardship, metadata, and policy implementation.
• Prepare project plans, status reports, meeting notes, RAID logs, and other project documentation.
• Coordinate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder updates.
• Ensure project deliverables follow data governance standards and business requirements.
• Support communication, change management, and adoption of data governance processes.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of overall experience in IT project management, data management, or related roles.
• Experience working on data governance, data quality, metadata, compliance, or data management initiatives.
• Good understanding of Agile project delivery methods.
• Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and multiple priorities.
• Experience with project documentation and reporting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, or Data Quality tools.
• Knowledge of data privacy, compliance, or risk management.
• PMP, Scrum Master, Agile, or Data Governance certification is a plus.
