- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of GCP-based projects, including cloud migration, application modernization, and infrastructure transformation.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
- Coordinate across cross-functional teams including cloud architects, DevOps, security, and business stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to GCP best practices, compliance, and security standards.
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and drive continuous improvement in delivery processes.
- Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and executive updates.
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party dependencies as needed.
Mandatory skills*
- 10+ years of experience in IT project management, with at least 3 4 years in cloud-based projects.
- Strong understanding of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services and architecture.
- Proven experience in cloud migration, infrastructure modernization, or cloud-native application delivery.
- Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.
Desired skills*
- GCP certifications (e.g., Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Architect or Project Manager).
- Experience with multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud security.
- Background in industries such as BFSI, retail, or healthcare is a plus.
