Project Manager - EPC

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Purpose : Execution of Transmission lines Projects

Projects Execution of 33/66/132/220/400kV transmission lines: Oversee daily field activities, including foundation casting, tower erection, conductor stringing, and sag management.

Project Management & Construction: Manage transmission line construction (including foundations, tower erection, and stringing) from conception to commissioning.

Contract & Budget Management: Handle project cost management, procurement, Material Reconciliation, and subcontractor management.

Eventually supervise a local transmission team and provide oversight over workload, quality, utilization, team morale, training, and performing annual performance reviews of team members.

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and supervise construction teams or engineering teams to ensure project success.

• Understanding and application of basic project management tools and techniques including the following: project life cycle, client goals and objectives, contract terms and project risk, work breakdown structures, project scope/schedule/budget, project initiation, project planning, financial management and controls, including earned value, internal/external communication, team management, change management, and project closeout.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce rigorous safety protocols and ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory standards (e.g., NESC, IEEE).
