Project Manager - Engineering

Role Overview

As a Project Manager , you\ll lead the end\-to\-end execution of complex engineering projects , ensuring seamless delivery from order handover to dispatch and commissioning. You will be responsible for planning, coordination, client communication, and overall project performance across schedule, cost, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of engineering projects
  
• Coordinate with internal teams \design, production, procurement, and QA o ensure timely progress
  
• Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
  
• Interface with clients for project reviews, technical clarifications, and milestone updates
  
• Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective actions where required
  
• Ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and safety norms
  
• Drive documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement in project delivery
  
  
  
  Requirements

  • B.Tech\/B.E. in Mechanical
    
  • 5\-7 years of experience in Mechanical Project
    
  • Proven experience managing multiple cross\-functional engineering projects
    
  • Strong understanding of fabrication, assembly, and commissioning workflows
    
  • Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills
    
  • Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project \/ Primavera)
    
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and project reviews
