Project Manager Construction

Responsibilities: As a Project Leader in the construction field, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects exceeding 1 million square feet in civil interior, encompassing various building types including educational, utilities, and residential structures. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of successfully leading at least three projects, each exceeding 1 million square feet, from initiation to completion.
Key Duties
1. Project Management:
Lead the planning, execution, and completion of large-scale projects.

Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.

2. Leadership: Provide effective leadership and direction to project teams.

Foster a collaborative and positive working environment.

Motivate and guide team members to achieve project milestones.

3. Experience:

Demonstrated experience in managing projects exceeding 1 million square feet.

Led a minimum of three projects as a Project Head from initiation to completion.

4. Building Types:

Experience in diverse building types, including educational, commercial , utilities and high rise residential structures.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in civil engineering or related field

Proven experience as a Project Leader in the construction industry.

Strong project management skills with a focus on large-scale projects.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

In-depth knowledge of construction regulations, codes, and standards.

Requirements:
Minimum of 15 years of experience in project management within the construction field.
Proven track record of successfully completing projects over 1 million square feet.

Leadership experience on a minimum of three projects of similar scale.
