Job Description
As the Project Manager - Construction, you will be:
- Working on end-to-end project site responsibilities covering cost, quality, schedule, EHS
- Managing the main contractor and sub-contractors
- Involved in design and execution coordination with the architect and all consultants
- Reviewing progress on a regular basis with all stake holders
- Managing vendors, ensuring quality and timelines.
- Ensuring project closure on time.
Requirements
- B. Tech in Civil Engineering. (PG Diploma in Construction Management will be an added advantage).
- 18-20 years experience in building construction and project management
- Proven experience in executing integrated construction works of 1 million sft + project size
- Project site experience in residential buildings, commercial complex. Any site experience in building educational institutes will be an added advantage.
- Experience MEP / IT / Finishes / Interior/ Landscape in large projects
- Knowledge of construction statutory compliance, safety, cost (including QS & billing with back up measures)
- Experience with Lump sum / Fixed price GC (general Contracting) model
- Experience in reading Auto-cad 3D / Revit based 2D/3D drawings
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Work experience in the top 5 construction companies in India will be helpful.
- Willingness to travel and relocate to project sites at Central, East & North-East India
