Total Experience Required: 12+ years of overall delivery management experience (this specific role requires more than the standard band minimum see Required Skills below).

BFSI Experience (Mandatory): Minimum 5 years of recent BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) experience is mandatory.

Location: Open candidate can be based at any of our India delivery locations, with a preference for Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, or Chennai.

Engagement Duration: 1 year+ (this is expected to be a multi-year engagement).

Notice Period: Immediate joiners strongly preferred. Candidates with a notice period of up to 30 days maximum will be considered this is a firm requirement with no exceptions.

Role Overview

A senior Project Manager with a minimum of 12+ years of delivery management experience to support Channels delivery and implementation. A strong background in Retail banking, preferably Channels, is required, along with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and ensure alignment between project outcomes and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead delivery and implementation of Channels-related initiatives across Retail Banking
• Manage cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between project outcomes and business objectives
• Own stakeholder engagement with senior leadership, operations, and technology teams
• Track and report delivery progress using Jira
• Support global, multi-market delivery coordination where applicable

Required / Must-Have Skills

• Minimum 12+ years of delivery management experience
• Strong background in Retail banking, preferably Channels
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and align project outcomes with business objectives
• Strong stakeholder management skills able to engage senior leadership, operations, and technology teams
• Strong Jira skills

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills

• Global delivery experience (multi-market working model) preferred
• Awareness of the clients core systems and an ability to join early is highly desirable
