Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong exposure to the BFSI domain to lead end-to-end delivery of technology and business transformation initiatives.

The role involves managing cross-functional teams, coordinating with business and IT stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete project lifecycle:
  Initiation Planning Execution Monitoring Closure
  
• Drive delivery of BFSI projects including:
  
• Core Banking / Core Insurance implementations
  
• Digital Channels (Internet Banking, Mobile Applications, Portals)
  
• Payments, Cards, Lending platforms
  
• Regulatory, Compliance, and Risk initiatives
  
• Act as the single point of contact between:
  
• Business stakeholders
  
• IT teams
  
• Vendors
  
• External partners
  
• Prepare and maintain:
  
• Project plans
  
• RAID logs
  
• Status reports
  
• Executive dashboards
  
• Ensure adherence to:
  
• Scope
  
• Timelines
  
• Budget
  
• Quality standards
  
• Manage stakeholder expectations at senior management level
  
• Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks and dependencies
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and audit requirements within BFSI
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in Project Management
  
• Mandatory exposure to BFSI domain (Banking / FinTech)
  
• Strong understanding of SDLC and system integration projects
  
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (Business, IT, QA, Vendors)
  
• Hands-on experience with Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid methodologies
  
• Strong vendor management and third-party coordination experience
  
• Proficiency in project tracking tools such as:
  
• JIRA
  
• MS Project
  
• Excel
  
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
