Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms, specifically Azure AD/Microsoft Entra ID. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project and resource management for large enterprise environments, coupled with hands-on experience in IAM platforms. This role involves leading technical conversations, providing guidance to teams, and managing end-to-end project lifecycles while adhering to Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Identity and Access Management (IAM):

Manage and lead the Azure AD/Microsoft Entra ID platform, including technical discussions with engineers on design and architecture.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members to ensure efficient execution of IAM solutions.

Project Management:

Plan, execute, monitor, and track projects to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and scope.
Define project responsibilities with stakeholders and ensure alignment across teams.
Perform project reviews, cost estimations, budget planning, and forecasting.
Manage risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies to ensure smooth project delivery.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Perform detailed data analysis of technical systems for reporting, root cause identification, and process improvement.
Create and maintain dashboards using enterprise tools to monitor project performance and health.

Agile Methodology Implementation:

Facilitate Agile practices such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily scrums, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Ensure Agile principles are followed for efficient and iterative project delivery.

Team Coordination and Communication:

Strong coordination and communication skills to provide regular leadership updates.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and resolve any roadblocks effectively.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

Experience: 6-14 years of experience in technology roles for large/enterprise software companies.
IAM Expertise: Hands-on experience with Identity and Access Management platforms such as Azure AD/Microsoft Entra ID.
Project Management:
Proven experience in project resource planning, execution, and monitoring.
Experience in creating dashboards, reporting, and risk management.
Strong time management and influencing skills.
Technical Skills:
Ability to lead technical conversations on IAM platform design.
Proficiency in performing detailed data analysis for root cause identification and improvements.
Agile Practices: Experience with Agile methodologies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily scrums, and retrospectives.
