Project Manager / Scrum Master

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager Scrum Master M3 to lead cross functional teams in delivering technology and business initiatives using Agile and hybrid project methodologies

The role will be responsible for project planning delivery governance stakeholder management risk mitigation and driving Agile best practices to ensure successful outcomes

Key Responsibilities

• Lead endtoend project delivery ensuring scope schedule budget and quality objectives are met
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coach teams on Scrum practices Manage project risks dependencies issues and stakeholder communications
• Coordinate crossfunctional teams including infrastructure application security and business teams
• Mentor team members and promote highperformance delivery practices Drive governance reviews executive reporting and status tracking Coordinate crossfunctional teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement
• Ensure timely delivery of business value through effective planning and execution

Required Experience Skills

• 6- 8 years of projectprogram management experience
• Experience working on MS Excel PPT Word and Microsoft Project Planner 3-5 years as a Scrum Master leading Agile teams
• Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum Kanban and traditional project management methodologies
• Experience with ServiceNow Jira Azure DevOps MS Project and reporting dashboards
• Excellent stakeholder management leadership and communication skills

Preferred Certifications PMP CSM PMIACP SAFe or ITIL
