Ability to handle fast-paced environments and changing requirements
Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies

Good communication skills with experience in client interaction
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Experience with project management tools like Jira, Odoo or similar

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end project delivery for web and mobile applications
Understand client requirements and convert them into milestones modules detailed
tasks for developers
Break down requirements into user stories and define clear acceptance criteria
Lead Agile/Scrum processes including sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and
retrospectives
Assign tasks, set priorities, and ensure proper workload distribution across the team
Track project progress, identify risks, and take corrective actions
Communicate with clients regularly to gather requirements and provide updates
Handle changing requirements and ensure proper prioritization of tasks
Maintain and manage product backlog and sprint boards
Ensure deadlines, quality standards, and deliverables are met
Resolve team blockers and improve team productivity
Prepare reports on project status, progress, and performance
