Job Description

We are looking for a talented Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee software development projects from inception to delivery, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
Serve as a key facilitator in Agile methodologies, particularly as a Scrum Master, guiding and coaching the development team on Agile principles and practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize tasks, resolve conflicts, and ensure smooth project execution.
Act as a liaison between the development team and stakeholders, communicating project progress, risks, and dependencies effectively.
Conduct regular project status meetings, retrospectives, and sprint planning sessions to review progress and make necessary adjustments.
Identify and mitigate risks proactively, taking necessary measures to address any issues that may impact project timelines or deliverables.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the project team, encouraging feedback and implementing process enhancements where necessary.
Ensure compliance with project management best practices and organizational standards, maintaining documentation and reporting as required.
Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development within the project management domain.

Pre Requisites:

Qualification : Graduation or Master's. Preferably BE, BTech, ME, MTech, MCA, MSc(Computer Science)
Certification : CSM or PMP
Communication : Excellent oral and written communication
