Position: Project Manager (Artificial Intelligence & Data Science)
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Head of AID on strategic planning, execution, and organizational priorities.
- Drive organizational development, workforce planning, governance, and functional maturity initiatives.
- Build leadership capability through talent development, coaching, mentoring, and succession planning.
- Identify and develop high-potential talent and strengthen leadership pipelines.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-engagement culture.
- Improve team effectiveness, accountability, productivity, and continuous improvement.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and cross-functional leaders.
- Support change initiatives and represent AID in enterprise-level discussions when required.
