As a project manager, you will have to ensure the smooth and effective running of the projects with a focus on great output
The ideal candidate will manage the day-to-day business of the operations department while balancing the responsibilities of various business lines such as business analysis, vendor management, and risk management; and work closely with the COO on other special planning and departmental projects
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and budget while managing changes in project scope, schedule, and costs

Responsibilities

Designing end-to-end project plans with the Operations Team. Overseeing project planning, long-term planning, project status reporting. Making, tracking, and regulating the Operations department budget, project budgets, and cash
flows. Working with the service leads to improve project-wise feedback, increase team and cost
efficiency. Coordinating with the sales team for kit calendar and project planning. Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with clients, internal business lines, and
external vendors. Observing the systems, processes, and infrastructure across departments while suggesting
opportunities for improvement or revision. Ensuring compliance with all applicable local regulations, including applying, maintaining, and
following up. Raising and tracking issues or conflicts; removing barriers; resolving issues of medium
complexity involving stakeholders; and escalating to the appropriate level when required.
Collaborating with other back-office team members to ensure seamless business execution. Working closely with the management team to ensure all operational, administrative, and
compliance functions within the firm are being properly executed in accordance with regulatory-based best practices.

Required Skills and Competencies

Engineer, BBA/MBA with 4+ years experience. Strong analytical skills and sharp attention to detail. Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and resourceful, with an innovative mindset.
Ability to work in creative and dynamic work environments.
Strong relationship-building skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Have the professional dexterity to contribute in operational, business, and technical dialogues.
Have a professional and positive attitude and willingness to be a team player and assist
co-workers at all levels. Proven ability to manage individuals. Proven self-starter who considers second and third level impacts of day-to-day decisions. Must be flexible and willing to respond as required to frequent out of hours problems.
