Job Description
- Initiate and govern Agile squad aligned with businessgoals.
- Plan and organize project activities, timelines, anddeliverables.
- Manage stakeholders through effective communication andengagement.
- Facilitate Agile practices and guide teams in living Agilevalues and principles.
- Coach team members on Scrum frameworks, ceremonies, andbest practices.
- Plan and track delivery using metrics like Velocity,Burndown, and Cumulative Flow.
- Remove obstacles and shield the team from externaldisruptions.
- Support DevOps adoption by enabling Agile\-aligned projectsetups.
- Apply project governance and manage risks, resources, andbudgets as needed.
- People Manager for his team (career discussions, feedback)
- Required Knowledge & Skills :
- Bachelor in Science or Engineering
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Agile certification (CSM or CSPO)
