Project Head

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & Strategy

• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets aligned with company objectives.
  
• Define project scope, deliverables, milestones, and key performance metrics.
  
• Coordinate with design, planning, and procurement teams for pre-construction planning.
  
• Anticipate project risks and develop mitigation plans to avoid delays or cost overruns.
  

2. Project Execution & Monitoring

• Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring work progress as per schedule.
  
• Review contractor and consultant performance against timelines, quality, and safety.
  
• Conduct regular site visits and progress review meetings.
  
• Implement strong project monitoring systems, progress reports, and dashboards.
  

3. Cost, Quality & Safety Management

• Track budgets, BOQs, and cash flows; approve variations and cost optimizations.
  
• Ensure high-quality execution in line with specifications, drawings, and standards.
  
• Implement safety and environmental policies in line with corporate HSE requirements.
  
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with statutory and company norms.
  

4. Coordination & Communication

• Liaise with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal departments for seamless execution.
  
• Facilitate communication between site teams and management.
  
• Present detailed MIS, progress, and financial reports to senior management.
  

5. Leadership & Team Management

• Lead and mentor project managers, engineers, and site teams across multiple disciplines.
  
• Allocate resources efficiently to maximize productivity and performance.
  
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and technical excellence.
  

6. Handover & Post-Completion

• Supervise snag rectification and final handover activities.
  
• Coordinate with CRM, sales, and facility teams for smooth project transition.
  
• Maintain project documentation for audit and future reference.
  

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory); M.E./MBA in Project Management preferred.
  
• Experience: 1525 years in real estate or construction, with at least 58 years in a senior management role.
  
• Domain Expertise: Residential, Commercial, Township, or Mixed-use Projects.
  
• Proven track record of managing large-scale developments (high-rise or multi-tower projects preferred).
