Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project execution from planning to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
  
• Oversee site operations, including labor management, material procurement, and quality control.
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project progress.
  
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize delays or cost overruns.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 20-25 years of experience in real estate construction industry with expertise in high rise building projects (commercial complexes/residential buildings).
  
• B.Tech / B.E. degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
  
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budgets.
