Project Head AHU/PAC/VRV/VRF For 75 years MNC company at Dadar, Mumbai

Role Overview:

As a Project Head your role is to develop and establish companies Projects successfully within Maharashtra and West India. Supporting projects in all territories as assigned by the organisation . This could involve traveling to the Project sites anywhere in India or Overseas as required by the organisation.

Role & responsibilities:

Accountability with ownership of successful completion of all Companies Projects Business with high profitability and customer satisfaction.

Generating repeat business from clients where Company carries out Project Works.

Site inspections and quality check on site activities. Responsible for complete Techno-commercial control on all Companies Projects within the territory as assigned to you by the Management.

Conducting training programs to strengthen the technical competence of the on field project/service personnel.

Assist the company in R&D efforts towards new product developments and existing product up-gradation as and when required.

Effective coordination & support to Sales/Procurement/Project and Service related issues as required on job.

Attending regular Client Meetings.

Preparing/Presenting MIS as required by Management with improvement suggestions

Developing and nurturing vendor/contractor base for the Company to facilitate successful business.

Effectively leading the team of 10 to 15 peoples.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor/Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred

Minimum 17+ years of experience in HVAC Projects with 4-5 years experience in Lead/Head role.

Hands on experience in VRV/VRF/AHU/PAHU/PAC Projects, handling entire project life cycle.

Excellent communication skills in English. Spoken Hindi and Marathi is desirable.

Excellent presentation skills with open mind and proactive approach.

Willing to travel across PAN India and abroad as per the requirements and management's instructions.
