Project Engineering Manager - Oil & Gas

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and manage engineering activities for Oil & Gas projects involving GIS / AIS Substations up to 765 kV, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Execute end-to-end engineering activities within established schedule, quality, and cost targets to achieve successful project delivery.
• Align engineering deliverables with project schedules, conduct regular review meetings, and ensure timely resolution of engineering issues.
• Review and approve design calculations, engineering drawings, technical documents, client approvals, and submissions to maintain accuracy and adherence to project timelines.
• Oversee engineering activities related to Primary Design, Secondary Design, Earthing, Cabling, SCADA, and Protection Systems for Oil & Gas substation projects.
• Coordinate vendor evaluation, technical clarifications, manufacturing clearances, and material delivery activities to support seamless project execution.
• Lead and mentor Design Engineers and Drafting Teams, ensuring optimal resource allocation, improved productivity, and effective team performance.
• Support BOQ reviews, tender engineering activities, billing processes, and monthly invoicing requirements in coordination with project and commercial stakeholders.
• Utilize engineering and project management tools such as MS Office, ETAP, PSCAD, CYMGRD, and Project Planning Tools for design analysis, reporting, and project monitoring.
