• Tosupport project execution by coordinating across departments
• To track and control financial, schedule, and risk aspects ofshipbuilding/conversion projects
• supportdecision-making with accurate analytics and reports.
• Updated projectschedules and trackers
• Coordination reportsbetween engineering, procurement, and site
• Stakeholdercommunication updates
• Project budget and monthly cost update
• Follow up Meetingminutes and action item logs
• Maintain and update projectschedules in coordination with project managers
• Organize and documentproject meetings
• Follow up on action itemsand escalate delays
• Coordinate with site,vendors, and internal teams for deliverables
• Track budget vs actuals Maintain project documentation
• Prioritizefollow-ups and coordination activities
• Alerting management on cost/schedule risks Recommend timeline adjustments/ cost optimization

• B.E./B.Tech in Naval Architecture / Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical /Civil).
• 2-3years Prior Experience in project coordination in Marine, Oil Gasor other EPC.
• PMP certification will bean additional advantage.
