Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Controller to partner with Business, Operations, Delivery, and Finance teams in driving financial performance across project portfolios. The role involves financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, revenue management, profitability analysis, and business partnering to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive monthly financial closing, forecasting, and budget management activities.
• Perform detailed variance analysis of Actuals vs Forecast/Budget and provide actionable insights.
• Partner with Delivery and Business teams to identify risks, opportunities, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Monitor project profitability and lead margin improvement discussions.
• Manage WIP, revenue recognition, invoicing, and cash collection processes.
• Support financial planning, reporting, and business performance reviews.
• Track and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for project portfolios.
• Ensure compliance with revenue recognition standards (IFRS 15).
• Support statutory audits, year-end audits, and financial reviews.
• Manage intercompany transactions and project accounting activities.
• Provide management reporting and business analysis to leadership teams.
• Support ad hoc financial reporting and business requirements.

• Experience in Project Finance, Commercial Finance, FP&A, Finance Controller, or Project Controller roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
