The practitioner actively monitors project progress, addresses challenges proactively, and supports the overall execution strategy to meet project objectives within a globally distributed environment. Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to optimize project workflows and enhance delivery efficiency.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and project contributions. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP Concur.

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools related to SAP Concur implementations.

Ability to analyze project data and generate insightful reports to support decision-making.

Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams within a global delivery framework.

Skilled in risk identification and mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.

Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration among diverse teams.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Concur.

This position is based at our Chennai office.
