Project Architect

• Lead the design and execution of corporate interior projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and brand identity.
• Develop conceptual designs, layouts, detailed drawings GFCs.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams throughout all project phases.
• Oversee site inspections and ensure quality control.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, ADA regulations, and sustainability standards.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to design reviews and team development.

• Bachelors or masters degree in architecture.
• 5+ years of experience in corporate interiors or commercial architecture.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office.
• Strong understanding of materials, finishes, furniture systems, and workplace trends.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
• Experience with high-performance workplace environments and agile workspaces.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
