Job Description
Skills and Qualification Required:
- Work on Architectural Construction Drawings (Good for construction Drawings), 3D Visualization and Sketch-up Modelling projects for a US based Principal Architect
- Implementing US Architectural Codes, applying mark ups and code comments on the drawings
- Coordinating with structural and MEP consultants in USA to ensure seamless Architectural CD sets execution and project completion
- Efficiency of working on GFC drawings, developing detailed drawing concept is required
- Work in direct communication with clients and implement instruction as provided
Qualifications: B-Arch or M-Arch
Experience: 3 to 5 years in executing Architectural projects
Other skill sets - Good communication skills in English
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Sketch up and Enscape required
