Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the planning and execution phases of projects to ensure milestones are met effectively.

Facilitate clear communication channels among stakeholders to promote transparency and alignment.

Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on delivery.

Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering professional growth.

Professional Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Scrum.

Strong knowledge of agile project management principles and frameworks.

Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects.

Ability to manage project timelines, resources, and budgets efficiently.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Capability to identify and resolve project impediments proactively.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Scrum.

This position is based at our Pune office.
