Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

Lead the planning and execution phases to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

Facilitate effective communication channels among stakeholders to promote transparency and alignment.

Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on deliverables.

Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.

Proficiency in ServiceNow.

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.

Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing complex project schedules.

Ability to analyze project data and generate insightful reports to support decision-making.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to navigate diverse organizational levels.

Capability to identify and resolve project-related issues proactively to maintain progress.

The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in ServiceNow.

This position is based at our Gurugram office.
