Programmatic Trader - Search and Social

• We are looking for a talented and results-driven individual to fill the role of Trader
• The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns to meet our clients objectives
• The ideal candidate should have a strong background in digital advertising, with hands-on experience in campaign management, optimization, and performance analysis

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital advertising strategies across Facebook Ads and Google Ads platforms.
• Create, manage, and optimize campaigns to achieve key performance metrics, including but not limited to ROAS, CPA, and CTR.
• Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with client objectives and overall digital marketing strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to continually enhance campaign performance.

Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in digital advertising, with a focus on Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
• Proven track record of managing successful digital advertising campaigns and achieving KPIs.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications are a plus.
