- Develop and execute a YouTube strategy for nettv4u with focus on channel growth.
- Ensure production values and editing styles that elevate the nettv4u channel on YouTube.
- Oversee editorial calendars across all channels.
- Develop YouTube-first approach to up-to-date news coverage.
- Work with the newsroom to expand original reporting skills for YouTube content.
- Identify new content franchises in collaboration with Original Series team.
- Source and develop new on-camera talent for nettv4us YouTube channels.
- Work with Social Publishing and Audience Development team on audience growth strategy.
Required Skills
- 2+ years experience in Journalism and/or Video Production.
- 12 years leadership or management experience preferred.
- Experience managing/producing short-form explainers or 37 min content.
- Proficient in video editing; Adobe Premiere is a plus.
- Experience running and growing a YouTube channel is a must.
- Strong news judgment, writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure; flexible with late-night news cycles.
