Desired Profile

• Master's Degree in Design, HCI, UI/UX, Product Design, or related field.
• 8 to 15 years of relevant experience.
• Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Miro, FigJam, Prototyping, User Research, and Design Systems.

Role Overview
Lead the UI/UX Design program while mentoring students in user-centered design, digital experiences, and product innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and manage courses in UI Design, UX Research, Design Thinking, Interaction Design, and Product Design.
• Mentor students in live industry projects and portfolio development.
• Build industry collaborations with Product and Technology companies.
• Guide faculty and curriculum development.
