Program Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented R&D Project Manager to drive our research and development initiatives from inception to delivery. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the R&D project portfolio, managing financial tracking (CAPEX/OPEX), conducting regular project reviews, and ensuring seamless cross-functional collaboration throughout the product lifecycle.

Role & responsibilities

Project & Portfolio Management

• Lead the end-to-end development of strategic R&D Projects.
• Drive project portfolio planning, prioritizing initiatives to align with organizational goals and resource capacity.
• Facilitate regular project reviews with key stakeholders to monitor progress, mitigate risks, and ensure milestones are met.

Financial Tracking & Forecasting

• Prepare accurate project cost estimates for new and ongoing initiatives.
• Maintain rigorous project financial tracking, focusing on planned versus actual CAPEX and OPEX reporting.
• Manage timely forecast updates and variance analysis to ensure financial discipline across all R&D projects.

Lifecycle & Stakeholder Management

• Apply a deep understanding of product lifecycle management (PLM) principles to guide products from concept to commercialization.
• Drive effective stakeholder engagement, acting as the primary liaison between R&D, finance, operations, and executive leadership.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: B. Tech
• Experience: Proven track record of managing R&D projects, portfolio planning, and financial tracking within a structured corporate environment.
