Program Lead - Women Agency

As the Womens Agency Program Lead within the Women Empowerment Portfolio, take a leadership role in designing and implementing programs that enhance the agency of women at the household, community, and governance levels.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead the implementation of programs focused on enhancing womens agency within the Women Empowerment Portfolio.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand and address the unique challenges faced by women in different contexts.
• Design and execute workshops and training sessions to build the leadership and advocacy skills of women participants.
• Establish partnerships with external organizations and experts to bring diverse perspectives and resources to womens agency programs.
• Lead the coordination of community-level initiatives to promote womens participation in decision-making processes.
• Advocate for policy changes that support and strengthen womens agency in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of womens agency programs, gathering insights for continuous improvement.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in designing and implementing programs focused on womens empowerment.
• Proven track record of successful leadership in womens agency initiatives.
• Demonstrated positive shifts in womens agency at the household, community, and governance levels.
• Comprehensive understanding and addressing of the unique challenges faced by women in different contexts.
• Enhanced leadership and advocacy skills among women participants through effective workshops and training sessions.
• Successful establishment of partnerships with external organizations and experts.
• Impactful community-level initiatives promoting womens participation in decision-making processes.
