Program executive -Education, skilling & Engagement

Responsibilities

1. Collection of required qualitative and quantitative data, support with data management
2. Support joining of new recuits and visits of potential FLMs
3. Driving enrollment of girls in Educational Programs (Open Schooling, UG, PG, ITI) based on Individual developement plans.
4. Drive enrollment of girls in Skilling programs (computer, english etc)
5. Track, monitor, and report enrolled students progress and results
6. Coordinate and support agencies involved with delivery of education and skilling programs
7. Work with Aakriti volunteers (A group of proactive girls) on different development sessions

Skills

1. Bachelor (with work experience)Master's degree in Education, Social Work, Psychology, Human Development, Vocational Education, Rural Development
2. 0-1 year experience education, youth development, vocational training, employability programmes, CSR, or NGO-led skilling initiatives, preferably working with adolescent girls and young women
3. Experience in planning and delivering educational and skilling programmes, including academic support, life skills, digital literacy, career guidance, vocational training, and tracking learner progress and outcomes.
4. Excellent communication, facilitation, mentoring, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to motivate learners and collaborate effectively with trainers
5. Strong understanding of MS Office (especially Excel, Word, Powerpoint), planning, coordination, and organisational skills, with experience in maintaining documentation, MIS, reporting, and achieving programme targets within timelines.
6. Empathetic, proactive, and learner-centric, with strong problem-solving, adaptability, and the ability to support students through academic, personal, and career-related challenges.
