Job Description

IT Engineer / Graduate with Computers / IT with experience in providing L3 Technical Support
Very good knowledge / exposure to at least one Unix, ldap, messaging scripting skill
Excellent trouble shooting skills, good communication skills
Providing customer support in post-implementation support and maintenance.
Willing to work in Shifts
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in language to be supported

Experience in troubleshooting in a live technical environment
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Superior customer service skills
Ability to train peers on solutions
Ability to take full ownership for resolution with escalated customers
Ability to lead technical action plans
Lead and provide expertise to team on projects.
Highly developed knowledge of more complex solutions
