Responsibilities
- Experienced in Java and .NET Production Support, handling incident resolution, application monitoring, rootcause analysis, and performance issues while ensuring system stability and SLA compliance.
- Strong expertise in ITILaligned Problem and Incident Management, including trend analysis, permanent fix implementation, and continuous service improvement.
- Proficient in Infrastructure and Application Monitoring using tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, and CAESP, with handson experience in proactive monitoring, alert management, log analysis, and workload automation.
- Skilled in CAESP / Workload Automation for job scheduling, batch processing, failure handling, and dependency management in critical production environments.
- Experienced in Big Data Production Support integrated with ITSM processes, supporting highvolume, missioncritical systems.
- Demonstrated ability in Major Incident Management, coordinating crossfunctional teams, ensuring effective communication, rapid restoration of services, and postincident reviews.
- Strong working knowledge of SQL and AWS services, with handson production support experience in the Banking Domain, adhering to regulatory, security, and compliance standards.
- Adept at working in 24x7 support environments, ensuring high availability, reliability, and operational excellence.
